Cart Signs Printing

Cart Signs can add to the professional image of your events and also make it easier for your players to find their assigned carts, especially in a shotgun event. The signs include the Tournament Name, Start Time and Tee Number (if available), two Player Names, and an optional Message Line. The GTM Program makes it easy to provide Cart Signs with just a few specifications.

Simply click the appropriate option button to make your choice for Player Groups to Include (ALL or Selective by Group Number), and the option button for how you wish to handle an Odd Number of Players in a Group (Separate Cart or 3rd on Cart). When you choose to print signs for Selective Player Groups the Selective Group Numbers area at the bottom of the screen is activated for your entry of the desired Group Numbers. As noted, the Message Line is optional, but most of our customers use it for a Thank You message to the players. If you wish to include Start Times and Tee Numbers these must have been previously assigned to your Player List. When you complete your specifications simply click the Print Signs button to print the cart signs you have selected.

Cart Sign forms are available from SportsWare for use with most printers supported under Windows. We strongly recommend Hewlett Packard or Hewlett Packard-compatible laser printers for best results. The forms have the terms "Time:" and "Tee:" preprinted and have an attractive green golf motif background. They are perforated at both 5 and 5.5 inches for fitting into the two most common types of "cart plate" holders. A sample completed cart sign is shown below and illustrated in the User Guide.
