Hole-by-Hole Scores Reports

The full detail of your tournament scoring is available via the Hole-by-Hole Scores Reports.  These reports are most useful in resolving any player questions you may receive about the scoring.  To obtain them all you need to do is select options in the Report Type (Gross, Net or both Gross and Net) and Scoring Format (Individual, Team Best Ball or Scramble) areas and click the Print Report button.  The reports are presented in low-to-high score sequence.  They are available only in printed form.

Two other printed reports that you may find useful are available from the Results Menu.  The Tournament Analysis Report provides a 3-page statistical analysis of the tournament.  Page 1 provides a summary of overall scoring including high/low/average scores for both Nines, and both numbers and percentages of total scores in various score ranges and score types (e.g. Pars, Birdies, etc.).  Page 2 provides similar information on a hole-by-hole basis.  Page 3 ranks the holes of the course as they played versus Par and contrasts this ranking versus the Handicap Hole Ratings.  This is not only interesting information about how your course plays, but many of our customers have used the report for considering changes to the Handicap Hole Ratings.

If you have used the program's optional feature for saving scores for handicap system posting, the Actual/Adjusted Handicap Scores Report gives you a list of your players with their actual Gross score and their Gross score as adjusted for Equitable Stoke Control (ESC).  Note that handicap scores can be imported into SportsWare's Golf Handicaps Manager (GHM) Program only for those players with a Player ID in their Player List entry.  Player IDs are included only in Player Lists prepared from the Master Player List that is part of the GTM's Pairings feature; they are not included in Player Lists created via the Player List Create method from the Preparation Menu.  However, even without Player IDs you will find this report useful for manual input of adjusted scores to GHM or any other handicap system.
