Period Initialization
Period Initialization is a task that you can perform at any time but it especially important at the start of a new golf season. It resets the handicap information items shown in the illustration to a new base point. When you select Period Initialization from the System Functions Menu you are first presented with the Group Selection screen where you select the player(s) to which the task will apply - All Players, Men, Ladies, Individual Player, Group Codes. You will usually choose All Players.
As noted, you may select any or all of the information items for reset. When you click the Continue button the Period Initialization task proceeds automatically; when it's complete you are returned to the System Functions Menu.
