Player Groups Confirmation/Change
This screen is presented after you do automatic pairings from the Player Group Formation screen. If your Player List contains more than eight groups, Previous and Next buttons are displayed with which you can navigate through all groups in the Player List.
If you wish to modify the player groups, there are two ways by which you can do so:
1. Provide New Player Information by deleting the existing information for players
and entering new information. This method is especially useful if you need to make
player substitutions or change handicaps.
2. Swap Players. As noted on the screen you can swap two players between groups
by clicking their respective check boxes to display a check mark and pressing the
Swap button. The players to be swapped can be on different screens. This method is
the easiest to use for fine-tuning Group Handicaps or resolving situations where it's not
advisable to have two players in the same group for "personality reasons."
Note that you can also swap players by overwriting the respective player information.
However, you will likely find the Swap Button method easier to use.
When you are ready to accept the presented pairings click either the Report/Save/Exit button or the Save/Exit button. The only difference between the two is that the former proceeds to a screen on which the grouped Player List is displayed and from which a printed report can be obtained. In both cases the final grouped Player List is saved.
